    And sometimes, we get a pleasant surprise when we ask those questions.

    Mostly, it's exactly what we expect, because we asked those questions since we thought something was up.

    The questions that we hate to ask are usually the ones that are impossible for us to hold back. I guess that is what makes it ten times more unpleasant. :)
